Make Your Linkedin Profile Search Engine Friendly

Use Linkedin to promote your skills and develop your network. The other day, I reconnected with a colleague of mine. We discussed some of the old days, some of the things that he (and I) had been up to during the time that we’ve been out of touch, and after our phone conversation, I suggested that we connect up over Linkedin to stay in contact. He agreed.

When I got his invitation, I immediately accepted, and then proceeded to his public profile to discover what kind of person he had become.

When I looked at my friend’s public profile, I was shocked to find a string of numbers and letters that looked something like this:
