Gmail, Blogger, And Lead Generation Will Be The New Focus Of SalesITTech

It's been a while since I've posted to this blog, yet it continues to draw a crowd of people looking for new ideas on leveraging technology.

Over the last 9 months or so, I've started exploring the WordPress platform and my duties over at Manta and Dale Carnegie have grown. Since that time, I toyed with the idea of just dismantling this blog and using the content elsewhere.

However, there's still a crowd coming in to find simple tips and tactics on how to transfer and use gmail. There continues to be a steady stream of individuals looking to tie their blog to their Linkedin account. And there are quite a few small business people, sales people, and trainers, who have created a blog using the Blogger platform because it's quick, simple and they don't have a lot of time and money to put into anything else. What they do want, however, is a way to generate leads, express their ideas and engage the people that they are coaching.

So I'll continue to post my findings and discoveries here for those small business owners and sales reps looking for ideas on using the communication tools available to us.

Here's to the coming months.

Cheers.

It's time channel partners and vendors make use of web 2.0 tools. They should always include social media in their channel sales strategy.
