Message archiving and information retrieval just got a whole lot more interesting and your communication style just gained a richer dimension with ubiquitous voicemail to email.
I know that Lotus Notes has a chat feature that competes with other email systems, but there are some expressions that simply must be communicated using your voice; typing your message and using emoticons just won’t cut the mustard.
